Peking University president: College Entrance Examination champion quality is not necessarily higher than rural children
Zhou Qi-Feng of Peking University in Beijing Forum (2009) Organization, said during an interview, the quality of a comprehensive consideration, a so-called champion of the quality of the college entrance examination is not necessarily more than one child in rural areas with higher qualifications.
