Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs decided to organize the implementation of the university leaders to overseas training, this year a total of about 100 university leaders will go to Japan, the United States, Britain, Australia and training. Ministry of Education and the State Foreign Experts Bureau recently jointly issued “on the organization and implementation of overseas training for university leaders to inform the 2010 project.”

I. Content
University Leadership overseas training program is divided into five in 2010, plans to train about 100 university leaders. Training time for 24 days each, including overseas training for 21 days, the domestic pre-training and lessons for 3 days. Training methods include expert lectures, field trips, case studies, summary assessment.

Training includes university research organization and management, University of innovation and personnel training, teaching staff, teaching evaluation system and management information platform construction.

Training includes the University’s organizational structure and operational mechanism, Higher Education Quality Assurance and Quality Evaluation of the organization and implementation, the University’s strategic positioning and research and development investment.

Training includes the University of sustainable development planning, personnel training mechanism innovation, modern information technology application in higher education, interactive distance learning higher education and research.
